Farleigh prides itself on its quality products and excellent customer service but if you are unhappy with the product or service for any reason, customers are fully entitled to return or exchange an item purchased on the Website, by emailing studio@farleigh.io within 14 days of purchase.
We can either exchange your order or refund in full the original purchase cost of the returned item/s. For all returns, the customer is fully liable for the safe return and the cost of returning the item to Farleigh. All returns must be sent to Flat 4, 34 Arundel Gardens, London W112LB, United Kingdom. We recommend returning items by recorded / tracked service. If a recordable service is not used for the return of items, Farleigh is not responsible if the return is lost and a refund or exchange cannot be made. In the event of a returned item being deemed originally dispatched in error or deemed to be faulty (subject to inspection by Farleigh) the cost of returning the item/s will be refunded to the customer.
Goods must be returned, in their original condition with tag, not altered or worn beyond checking fit. This condition is subject to inspection by Farleigh. We are under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for products that do not comply with this section.

Products that are not accepted will be returned to you. All refunds will be made to the card used when placing the order within 14 days after receiving the product back to Farleigh. We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been made.
Farleigh will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. Farleigh will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, your entitlement to a refund may be affected. We request that you do not remove tags until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 14 days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging.
Except where items are faulty and a replacement is not available, refunds for items may be given and only at the discretion of Farleigh. We offer Free returns for all customers in the UK. Farleigh will organise the return, however, you will be required to print the label.
